Every Olba piece is hand-knit in Yorkshire and posted from there.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. If you're outside the UK and would like a piece, email us at [CONTACT EMAIL] and we'll see what we can do.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on all UK orders.

When your order arrives

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually arrives 2–3 working days after dispatch. We'll email you a tracking link when your parcel is on its way.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, and can be longer at busy times of year.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email us at [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order number and we'll put it right.
