Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy from Olba at olba.uk. Please read them before you order.

About us

Olba is run by [TRADING NAME], [POSTAL ADDRESS]. You can contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL].

Our pieces

Every Olba jumper and cardigan is knit by hand in Yorkshire. Because each piece is handmade, small variations in stitch, size and colour from the photographs are natural and are not considered faults. Colours may also look slightly different on different screens.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) [and include VAT where applicable]. Payment is taken when you place your order, through Shopify's secure checkout. We can change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.

Your order

When you place an order we'll email you to confirm we've received it. Our contract with you is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. If we can't fulfil your order, for example because a piece is no longer available, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Delivery

Delivery is covered by our delivery policy. Your order becomes your responsibility once it's delivered to the address you gave us.

Returns and your rights

You can return items as set out in our returns policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Our responsibility to you

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure, but not for loss that is not foreseeable. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We only sell to individuals for private use.

Your information

We handle your personal information as described in our privacy policy.

General

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales (or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in your local courts).
